And the winner is… HMRC

The judges were really impressed with their outstanding support for women in their organisation
through benefits like flexible working to a mentoring platform offering job shadowing & coaching opportunities.
They also felt the efforts to reduce unconscious bias in their recruitment was impressive.

And the winner is… IAG Tech

The judges said that the target of a 50/50 female to male split for their upcoming graduate intake
is ambitious and impressive. They also liked that female graduates have access to a mentoring scheme
with female directors and leaders within the company to help support their development.

And the winner is… Fruition IT

The judges said that this was a really impressive entry with some great initiatives to help increase diversity
and placements of female candidates in tech roles. They were particularly impressed with the programme
to help design a university degree in conjunction with tech employers.

And the winner is… CGI

The judges were really impressed by CGI’s ‘Shining a spotlight’ campaign and said the impact really spoke for itself -
a 95% increase in female visitors to the website is a figure to be proud of.



Best Employer for benefits

And the winner is… FreeAgent

 The judges said that FreeAgent offered an impressive level of benefits, particularly those
supporting women through flexibility.
The benefits show how people-centric FreeAgent are and their employee feedback is glowing.

And the winner is… Allianz

The judges said the level of support which Allianz provides to both parents and prospective parents
is really outstanding. They were particularly impressed with the Working Parents Network community
and the work they do there to support their employees.

And the winner is… CBRE Data Centres

The judges were impressed that CBRE’s staff receive double the industry standard of training.
The effort to deliver training to women in administrative roles shows their commitment
to upskilling their workforce and focusing on staff retention.

The judges were impressive with how in-depth this entry was.
They said that the work they’re doing is really tailored to helping develop and train women. A worthy winner.

The judges thought that Ben’s commitment to being an ally in championing gender diversity in tech,
both internally and externally, was hugely impressive and all agreed that he is incredibly well-deserved of this award.

The judges agreed that the impact of Skills4’s “EMPOWER Career Development Programme”
on women’s career progression was remarkable.

The judges were really impressed with Serco’s overall commitment to recruiting women into tech
roles and felt they were worthy of a special award. The transformation of the overall recruitment process
is really great to see, which is why they have been awarded this Women in Tech Excellence Award for Recruitment.

The judges said that futureproof was a clear winner in this category, with a very impressive employee

This was a highly contested category and the judges agreed that FORM3’s work to support gender diversity
is very impressive. Being fully-flexible and focusing on their employee’s mental wellbeing
is so important and the judges thought this award was thoroughly deserved.

The judges thought that this entry was extremely impressive and detailed, covering lots of bases
- leadership team, female promotions and maternity. It’s clear to see that CGI are placing a huge emphasis
on gender diversity which is why they deserve this award.
